Hung Trinh has worked in government and pharmaceuticals for over 15 years in various functions such as R&D, assay development, technical operations, cGMP Manufacturing, CMC, regulatory affairs, and global lead of business alliance. He has gained significant experiences in both clinical and commercial operations, specializing for APIs – fermentation, lipid nanoparticles (LNP), vaccine, biologics, recombinant proteins, monoclonal antibodies, viral vectors ( e.g., Adeno-associated virus AAV, retrovirus, and lentiviral vectors LVV), oncolytic viruses (adenoviruses and Vesicular Stomatitis Virus – VSV, and Seneca Valley Virus – SVV), bispecific, monoclonal antibodies, in vivo CAR-T.

In addition, he has worked on development from pre-clinical (discovery phase and lead candidates) to clinical development (phase 1, 2, and 3) for over 10 clinical trial programs with global operations (USA, Asia, EU, Middle East, and Africa) and he has interacted closely with regulatory agencies (e.g., FDA, EMA).

Lately, he has led several senior roles as Director of for process development of CAR-T platform, Sr. Director of Business Development and Senior Vice President of Operations in technical operations and leading R&D teams in immuno-oncology, AI software enabling platform for automation manufacturing and late phase and commercial manufacturing for BLA/MAA filing.
